Right to cancel
For products bought in our shop you have 14 days from delivery to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and a further 14 days to return the item, unless it is a sealed hygiene/health product that has been opened.
Condition & costs
Items should be returned unused and in original packaging where possible. Unless the item is faulty or wrong, return postage is your responsibility. We refund the item (and standard outbound delivery) once received.
Faulty or incorrect items
If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us within a reasonable time at hello@arcticstudios.uk and we will arrange a replacement or full refund including postage.
Delivery
Delivery times are estimates. Orders are dispatched by the studio/seller; you can track status under Your Orders.
Postage prices & how they are set
At checkout you choose a postage option based on your delivery region. Our postage charges are based on Royal Mail’s published UK parcel prices, plus a small £1.50 packaging and handling fee added per order to cover packaging materials and processing.
Current options (Small Parcel): Second Class £5.30, First Class £6.49, and Next Day / Special Delivery Guaranteed £10.45. Royal Mail charges the same across the whole UK (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland). We review these against Royal Mail periodically, so prices may change.
